Brand Management Administrator

We will count on you to:
- Provide support to professional staff within the various lines of business by creating local market campaigns in order to support greater marketing team initiatives.
- Update data in client relationship management tool in order to track existing campaigns as required.
- Assist with the coordination of promotional merchandise, social media, email and digital platforms in order to champion current work going on in the organization.
- Assist with ad hoc projects including less complex marketing activities, as assigned.
- Assist with market research, collecting data and preparing reports as needed.
- Maintain current projects and opportunities in calendar and/or database to keep key accounts updated, as needed.
- Follows instructions to enter, calculate and/or post basic expenses for assigned events and other activities to help the team estimate and track costs.
What you need to have:
- 1+ years’ experience working in a Marketing Department, preferably within a professional services organization.
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- College Degree highly preferred

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
