Crossell is recruiting for a
Brand Manager on behalf of a client. This is an incredible opportunity with a great package for the right candidate.
The main purpose of the role is to develop and implement the product brand portfolio and pricing plans and achieve KPIs aligned with agreed objectives for the relevant planning cycle. As a Brand Manager, you will play a central role in consulting on the translation of the marketing strategy and associated objectives.
As a Brand Manager, here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of all product brand portfolios and pricing plans that are clearly aligned to the achievement of the overall product objectives and marketing strategy.
- As brand custodian liaises with brand groups & 3rd party agencies to ensure the appropriate translation and adaptation of global brand identity guidelines for the Irish Market.
- Monitor market/consumer dynamics, competitive threats & emerging category opportunities.
- Responsible for timely communication of detailed portfolio plans & projects and sharing of relevant updates to cycle planning stakeholders (both inside and outside formal meetings) to ensure full collaboration, visibility and alignment of all the product activities.
- Manage the creating & goods receipting of all purchase orders and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, monitor & report all internal cross charges.
- Monitor spending on monthly basis & provide timely communication of any significant variances vs, plan.
- Responsible for all re-phasing exercises in line with financial processes and as requested.
What makes you a good candidate for this position?
5+ years of experience in Brand and/or Trade Marketing (experience in the FMCG field would be a plus). Degree in Marketing and excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Commercial and financial acumen and experience are essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure, planning, prioritising and handling multiple tasks.
