Job description
As an integral part of the robotics team, this role is designed to enhance the user experience and manage consumer facing content across digital channels. The brand manager will be UX focused and oversee the day to day management of robotics web needs, serving as the voice of our customer. He/She will partner closely with insights, product management and the customer care team for continuous learning of the user journey and use those insights to form meaningful recommendations. He/She will work directly with the marketing excellence team to ensure best-in-class product content and positioning across online sales channels.
What You Need to Know:
- Ability to think critically about the user journey from discovery to point-of-purchase with the end-goal of creating a seamless, enjoyable online shopping experience
- Must partner closely with consumer insights and product teams to fully understand barriers to purchase, product attributes, benefits and key competitive differentiators to influence marketing
- Responsible for continuous data collection from customer care, ecommerce and global teams to gain consumer knowledge, monitor ratings & reviews and form action plans when necessary
- Ongoing evaluation of all robotics product and landing pages on Husqvarna.com to ensure data integrity and proper functionality at all times
- Ongoing evaluation of all robotics product and brand pages on Ecommerce sites (i.e. Lowe’s, Amazon and more) to ensure data integrity and strong performance against competitors
- Responsible for working with necessary parties on any new product launch or sku removal specific to Automower® and Automower® accessories across DTC & Ecommerce
- Must be able to take complex product information and translate it into simple consumer-focused message
- Audit Automower® ASINS against competitive set and partner with Ecommerce to create best practices for Automower® online
- Ability to think strategically about the unboxing experience of the future for the DIY customer and integrate instructions for simple installation and Automower® setup experience
- Understand how to position products in an online experience and effectively define value propositions to the customer through copy and imagery
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years marketing experience
- A consumer-driven mindset with the ability to action against insights
- Highly detail-oriented brand communicator
- Forward-thinking individual dedicated to the user experience
- A person who enjoys working cross-functionally towards a shared goal
- Ability to balance several projects simultaneously and can prioritize against timelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Travel is less than 20%
