POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain the overall sanitation and safety of the breakfast area and food prep kitchen. Provide high level of customer service and satisfaction. **MUST BE AVAILABLE STARTING AT 6AM DAILY**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests

* Set up, up keep and clean up of the continental breakfast

* Make all guests feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times

* Maintain storage and breakfast supplies

*Take inventory and put away bi-weekly food/supply orders

* Sweeping, mopping, dusting and other cleaning as needed in all common areas

* Assist the housekeeping supervisor with laundry and other duties as needed

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision, Possess total commitment to guest satisfaction, Team Player Attitude, Communicate well with others both verbal and written, organizational skills, Detail Oriented, Professional appearance and mannerism, Must have good judgment skills. Physical Requirements: Finger dexterity, grasping, kneeling, bending, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual activity, may have occasion to lift up to 50lbs
