Continental Hospitality Inc. is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our Fairfield Inn & Suites North Houston location! JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook Breakfast for Guests
Maintain Breakfast area
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed
Set up breakfast area
Have vast understanding of local health codes and food safety
Make Coffee
Replenishing Breakfast areas through-out the operating period
Prepping food for the next day
Cleaning area after breakfast hours are over
Create guest connections during down time, fostering quality relationships
Know hotel emergency procedures.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED
At least one (1) year of customer service (preferred)
Food Handler Certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests
Knowledge of food safety & cleanliness standards
