As a Neiman Marcus Bridal Consultant, you will acquire, cultivate, and maintain relationships with our bridal clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement, and luxury service. You will create a memorable Neiman Marcus Bridal Experience through exceptional service while leveraging a full suite of available tools. You will be one of four consultants reporting to a Bridal Department Assistant Manager in our Downtown Dallas store. The Neiman Marcus Bridal Consultant upholds the reputation of our historic and prestigious Bridal Salon, currently celebrating 100 years of service.

• Educate self and client on merchandise selection, events, promotions, policy and services
• Demonstrate expert styling, knowledge of current Bridal trends, and Bridal brand knowledge
• Recommend merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences, collaborating with other departments to meet the client needs
• Achieve personal sales goals
• Cultivate the client relationship through personalized connection
• Acquire and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with the Bride and finding additional opportunities for future business
• Able to strategize own business and be self‐motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through strong client relationships
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
• Proactively utilize mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business
• Actively create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
