High House Dispensary is the People's Choice dispensary in Midwest City. We are looking for friendly and knowledgeable team members and management. as one of our team members, you will be responsible for guiding patients to find the best cannabis products for their needs, answering their question based on product information and research, and communicating with our team to insure that stock levels and data entry are up-2-date.

Responsibilities

-Follow all cannabidiol potency, grammage, and listing regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with all necessary legal and safety standards.

-Register new customers and provide educational materials about our numerous cannabis offerings, including flowers, extracts, edibles, and accessories.

-Welcome patients into our dispensary and recommend varieties and products based on specific symptoms being treated.

-Advise on the intensity of cannabis at different delivery points and complete all associated customer service transactions within a point of sale (POS) system while meeting or exceeding operational targets for high-volume sales.

-Create warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our brand and showcase our products through effective inventory management, display, visual marketing techniques.

-Check required Identifications to ensure that customers ,get requirements to purchase specific products

-Update transactions, patient logs, and inventory lists in our system to make sure our database and information is organized and up-to-date.

Requirements

-Must be 18 years of age or older.

-Passion for this growing industry, preferably with experience working with products in a dispensary, head shop, or retail space.

-Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills with a positive approach to maintain work environment.

-Willingness to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Analytical and mathematical skills.

-Great problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactive, results-oriented where both teams and personal goals are balanced.

*BUDTENDING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
