Environment: Inside/Outside Buildings and Parking Lots

Responsibilities:

Must Have Valid NY Driver’s License to Drive On-Site Vehicles!

This tech will be sent to job sites as required will report to the Vulcan properties' supervisor for daily job assignments, will need to work with minimum supervision

Year Round: Inspect and maintain all common area grounds including landscape areas, streets, walkways and trash enclosures, removing all trash. Sweeps or wash common areas as directed. Use on-site vehicle to navigate from building to building. Includes painting and mowing.

Winter: Maintain common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and grounds including snow removal. Snow removal requires some heavy lifting, shoveling, salting, sanding and other physical requirements. Snow blowing equipment and training will be provided for its use.

• Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Record and report any damaged work equipment to management.
• Perform various tasks assigned by manager to keep building complex in clean and orderly fashion.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Building Maintenance or Other Janitorial Experience Welcome
• Minor electrical skills
• Basic plumbing skills
• Drywall repair experience
• Painting experience
• Landscaping experience

Janitronics ensures safety and chemical-use training and all protocols prescribed by OSHA and the CDC are followed when we provide our cleaning teams with proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and utilizing EPA registered surface disinfectants.
