Job description
Multi-skilled maintenance technician needed for commercial office buildings. Position will perform day to day general maintenance duties, as well as, assist with construction work and clean up. Previous experience or knowledge of maintenance, painting, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or drywall is desired.
Schedule:
Full time; Monday through Friday; 8 hour shift
Experience:
Power tools: 5 year (required)
Carpentry: 5 year (required)
Hand tools: 5 year (required)
Construction: 5 year (required)
Work Location:
Multiple Locations including Naperville, Downers Grove, Oak Brook
Salary:
$22 to $28/hour commensurate with experience
