Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aspects of the batching manufacturing operation. This includes meeting of established safety, quality, line efficiency, yields
- Assist in the development of site KPG’s in support of company goals and collaborate with corresponding department heads to achieve company objectives.
- Report food safety & quality problems to leadership with authority to initiate action.

Required Education, Skills, & Experience:
- Experience in a food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry and/or high speed manufacturing environment required, experience in batching strongly preferred.
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative work style
- Regularly required to use hands
- Regularly need to lift and/or move or long periods of standing up to 30 pounds, with a potential of up to 50 pounds;
- Exposure to manufacturing plant floor requiring the use of personal protective equipment -ear plugs, safety glasses, bump cap, skid-resistant shoes, etc.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practice
