Job description
- Support Board of Directors meetings by assisting with the coordination, development, finalization, and distribution of presentation and meeting materials.
- Support the effective management of IT vendor invoices and vendor management.
- Oversee monthly corporate credit card transactions and business expense processing through the expense reporting system, Concur. Serve as the primary contact for questions and training staff. Use the financial system, Lawson, to add and change vendors and benefit payees for payment and expense reporting.
- Support vendor compliance initiatives, including the annual acknowledgement of the Board’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct process. Use the document management system, Onbase, to support vendor contract compliance initiatives and manage contracts, including tax records and trust statements.
- Assist with the periodic receipt, tracking, and organization of tax documents, including coordination with the tax preparation team. Administer and file completed returns, assist with the filing of tax extensions and estimate tax payments. Assist with the digitization of historical tax information using Onbase.
- Assist the compliance management team by providing scheduling support and preparing related materials. Support Internal Audit’s Business Continuity Plan and the execution of periodic updates across the organization. Follow up on outstanding reports to ensure completion. Provide support to the risk function by obtaining and maintaining current insurance policies and using Onbase to archive.
- Organize monthly financial reports for review and distribution, which includes retrieving reports from financial systems and creating one document from many. Use the investment management system, Dynamo, to support the oversight and confirmation of Investment team bank wires. Support annual internal and external audits, including the organization of material for audit requests and meeting support with auditors.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
