Commercial Loan Origination System
POSITION PURPOSE
The incumbent’s primary responsibilities are to assist in troubleshooting, enhancing, and modifying LOS functionality, focusing on optimizing the users’ experiences and facilitating expeditious loan origination. In addition, the incumbent will facilitate LOS user-training and management/system reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Develop a thorough understanding of LOS’ workflows, business rules and reporting tools through vendor-provided training and hands-on experience.
- Lead development and maintenance of documentation for guidelines, job aids and checklists.
- Partner with users and Information Technology to troubleshoot, modify, and enhance functionality of the system.
- Coordinate and/or lead development and delivery of LOS training via webinar or in person.
- Provide support/help desk to resolve user challenges and to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement.
- Effectively demonstrate professional communication at all levels to achieve desired results.
- Aid in lending related projects as needed from time to time; and
- Develop on-going and customized reporting for lending management and quality control specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent required (college degree desired)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in one or more aspects of commercial lending
Prior training experience desired
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with loan origination processes and requirements
Knowledge of loan regulatory & documentation requirements would be a plus.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong skills in planning, organizing, decision-making, and attention to detail
Work or educational experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Accurate
Analytical
Strong Time Management skills – effective at managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Highly organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
