MA Tech are recruiting for a Business Analyst for a key client of ours based in Ireland. This role can be worked fully remote but you must be based in Ireland. It is also a permanent opportunity.

You will work closely with the management team and collaborate on data and system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with personnel to evaluate and improve process related to managing client data
• Provide first line support in researching and addressing issues associated with data management
• Analyse current business processes and make recommendations to ensure the business unit is optimizing the tools
• Gathering requirements from system users to create specifications
• Develop test scenarios and complete through change testing
• Assist and guide process owners in the assessment of processes for improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Showcase strong data processing and management skills

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years in a similar role
• Must have worked within an agile environment in roles to date
• Experience being client facing would be advantageous
• Data management and processing experience would be advantageous
