This position will ideally reside in our Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH offices, but we are also open to candidates who can work out of our Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Detroit, MI; Milwaukee, WI; or Hunt Valley, MD offices.

- Document, and update Client Lifecycle processes, procedures and best practices
- Identify, track/update, provide department expertise and coordinate with IT on outstanding department projects including bug fixes, backend updates, system or process improvements, reporting, integration
- Assist in exception reporting and related updates and projects
- Identify and implement process improvements with goals of improved efficiency and accuracy
- Participate in training and creating training materials related to Billing, Accounts Receivable, Client Lifecycle and related systems
- Systems will include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Star, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI as well as internally developed workflow solution
- College degree in relevant field of study preferred (not required)
- 2-5 years’ experience with progression of duties
- Comfortable working with and learning multiple software systems
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with STAR, SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and/or NetSuite a plus
- Experience with CPA firm, legal firm, or other professional service firm preferred
- Ability to manage processes and projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented and ability to see the larger picture
- Experience with process creation, documentation, and management
- Experience with Software selection, implementation, integration, identifying and testing bugs, upgrading, identifying and implementing improvements, preferred
- Ability to work independently to manage tasks and deadlines; reliable
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the firm clearly, professionally, and effectively including interaction with Partners and clients
