On the Business Solutions team at Articulate, we pride ourselves on providing our business teams with the systems and support they need to give each customer the absolute best user experience. That is why we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Product owner who can assist with defining requirements and partner with our team to deliver the right technology capabilities that align with our business needs.
Here is a snapshot of the Tech Stack you will be leveraging: Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Chargebee, Jira, Trello, RingLead, and Okta, as well as some homegrown applications and integrations.
What you'll do
- Understand business need and desired outcomes of work requested
- Translate business capability needs into execution-ready work for an Agile team; that is, define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for the team to work on. This will be done by developing user stories/process flows to support the design and development of the solution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and align with our desired technical architecture.
- As needed: perform analysis and leverage data to analyze an issue to verify the correct issue/pain point is being addressed
- Act as voice of the stakeholder; have a deep understanding of and anticipate and proactively seek customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure team work product meets defined acceptance criteria.
- Liaison between the IT team and stakeholders to facilitate user acceptance testing and sign-off before changes are implemented in production.
What you should have
- 3+ years Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
- 2+ years Salesforce domain experience.
- Experience in delivering feature/functionality in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
- Strong communication skills; ability to facilitate technical conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and users.

- Expertise working with others in a cross-functional multi-team environment and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.
