Highly experienced business analysts to assist the Department with analysis, research, interface mapping and business requirement activities associated with a federally funded care/case management modernization project.

The successful bidder will assist with the rapid confirmation of business needs and end user experience priorities: including identify, document, and assess relevant systems currently in use by other states; identify, and assess re-usability of artifacts from past case management projects undertaken and gather and document stake holder and end user requirements for the current modernization of the care/case management project. The ideal resource will have experience engaging both internally and externally to gather, analyze and document requirements of various types, packaging those requirements into usable formats and managing implementation of those requirements throughout the development process for Developmental Services Agencies or Health and Human Services Agencies with a similar modernization initiative or with Case Management Systems.

Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
