Main Accountabilities include:
- Management and development of new and existing Retail accounts;
- Train and develop operators that handle our portfolio;
- Provision of excellent customer service, product and industry knowledge;
- Expansion of the current offering and proposition to existing customers;
- Delivery of a prompt response to all customer queries ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible;
- Driving of continual improvement of product knowledge and sharing this with customers to generate greater sales growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a FMCG sales development role
- Experience selling premium brands in a highly competitive environment
- Accountability for the performance of their territory and an ability to be creative in dealing with accounts
- Ambitious, proactive and energetic in developing new business
- Effective time manager with ability to prioritise/multi-task
- A professional manner, articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence
