Globe Medical Realty Advisors, a well-established medical tenant representation company with offices in Dallas and Denver, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a physician outreach associate. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with physicians' offices to arrange meetings with our brokers. We offer a competitive hourly wage, along with performance-based bonuses for appointments made. We provide comprehensive training and utilize a proven calling service to support your success.

As a relationship-driven business, we place great value on effective communication skills, and your ability to build rapport and handle objections with ease. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, and will possess strong negotiation skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and a willingness to learn. Although prior experience in commercial or residential real estate is not required, it is a plus.
