Job Title: Vice President - Electrical Construction

Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

· Established 50+ year old, small to mid-size (20+ million in sales annually), union, electrical construction company seeking a Senior Level/ VP as current VP is retiring.

· You will be working side by side with the President doing project management, estimating, budgeting, contract negotiations, strategic planning, operations general management, etc.

· Bachelor's degree AND/OR equivalent work experience in the construction/electrical industry.

· 14+ years of managing multiple electrical construction projects.

· Organizational and project and time management skills; skilled with personnel and project prioritization.

· Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

· Strong qualitative and quantitative skills.

· Proven track record of increased responsibility and performance across a broad array of areas.

· Ability to innovate and use good judgment, creativity, and strategic thinking in creating a strong an effective company.
