*IT background – Carlow/Remote – Permanent – Up to €40,000 + Commission*

Here at Osborne, we are currently hiring a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client, a b2b cloud-based and cyber security solutions company based in Carlow.

*This role is fully remote with a requirement to go into the office in Carlow twice a month*

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, client management and a background in cloud based or cyber security sales.

Package:

- Salary - €40,000+ plus commission

Responsibilities:

· Originating, managing and closing complex bespoke solution-oriented deals

· Seeking new sales prospects though your own initiative, networking, referrals and partnership relationships

· Managing partner relationships and working in conjunction on joint bids

· Working with internal stakeholders such as Business Analysts and Solutions Architects to define a suitable solution for target clients

· Preparing and conducting sales presentations in conjunction with colleagues

· Managing a sales pipeline to ensure projected revenue targets are achieved

· Working as a key member of the team in developing and implementing our sales strategy and new business initiatives

Requirements:

· A demonstrable track record of building and delivering a successful new IT Cloud software/security solutions sales pipeline

· A proven track record demonstrating your ability with closing new business

· Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish a trusted working relationship with a broad range of stakeholders

· Robust negotiation, planning and organisational skills

· The ability to accommodate regular travel within Ireland and possibly the UK

· Be able to conduct Webinars, teams/zoom calls, podcasts, blogs, social selling on LinkedIn

· Strong networking skills

· Flexibility and adaptability to change

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
