Xpress Health is hiring a Business Development Executive throughout Ireland. We are seeking Junior Executives who may EITHER be experienced sales professionals OR those looking to get into their first sales role! Training will be provided at our HQ in Dublin.

Previous sales experience is not required to be successful at the interview, but you must be determined, and driven.

Please note your own transportation and Driving License is required for this role.

Working with an experienced team, the Business Development Executive's role is to secure new business and deliver the best in class customer experience.

This position is initially a 6 month probationary period with a view to becoming a permanent role.

Main Accountabilities include:

  • Securing new business within your territory.
  • Propositioning new customers with new product development once the customer is successfully onboarded.
  • Handing new customers over to an Account Manager smoothly post account set up.
  • Maintaining CRM data for internal use.
  • Delivery of prompt response to all customer queries, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Work cross functionally within the business with Management, Finance, Operations and recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Commercially minded with a proven track record in Business Development
  • Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions;
  • Financial acumen – ability to analyse, interpret and apply sales data to make better business decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills which convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results even under challenging circumstances;
  • Full driving license and own transportation essential.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Up to €25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sligo, County Sligo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • A Driving Licence (required)
