• Develop and track sales strategies, implement and utilize sales force CRM
• Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain an elevated level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams, produce effective strategies.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Prospecting and sourcing new business through leads and referral sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Sales Industry Professionals.
