Technology company with over 34 years in the QSR industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding organization. This position will be located onsite at our headquarters in the N.W. Suburbs of Chicago.

Business Development Manager will be responsible for finding and developing new business for our drive-thru, surveillance and other associated systems and products. The Business Development Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help grow the organization.
  • Seek product approval from corporate entities.
  • Hunt/prospect for new business.
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive and ethical customer relations.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Valid State Driver’s license with proof of state minimum vehicle insurance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
