We're looking for a self-motivated, proactive Business Development Representative who is focused on meeting and exceeding performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales and must be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, build relationships and pitch new clients. This position requires extensive travel in the United States and Canada, so any individuals interested in the position must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Foster current relationships with referral sources
Find, and create, new relationships with referral sources
Communicate with the production team the feedback from our referral sources
Share all the great things our production team is doing with our referral sources
Attend trade shows, fun outings like Golf, Bowling, and lunches with our referral sources
Be active in our local area chamber of commerce
Requirements
Excellent time-management skills
Detail oriented and efficient
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pass a stringent background check (this is a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free workplace)
Pay / Hours: We are considering qualified candidates for fulltime work. Pay will depend on on overall experience
Base plus commission!
We want to pay you a lot more which is why we have a commission system along with your annual salary!
