JOB DUTIES BDC DEPARTMENT
Job Duties
- BDC employees spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
- BDC employees commit to becoming a Toyota knowledge expert and gain in-depth knowledge of industry vehicles and technology
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

- 3 years of a solid and stable work history in a customer service environment

- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Automotive experience preferred
- Must be energetic, career minded & have great customer service skills.
- Strong automotive knowledge and experience required. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
- Successful candidate must have a clean background, driving record, & valid Driver's License.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
