Our high energy and dedicated staffing company with 23 years of operation is searching for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team and continue our sales growth in the Middle Tennessee territory. You will need strong sales and relational skills and experience in a sales field. Experience in staffing sales is a plus! Our ideal candidate is an excellent negotiator who loves talking to people and operates with the highest degree of integrity. The perfect candidate also must be able to multitask and have impeccable follow up skills. Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customers are given platinum service and branches are meeting all client expectations
  • Working within your specific territory to find new business opportunities
  • Reporting daily to management to ensure call goals are being met
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with customers
  • Attending job fairs, business expos and other business related activities

Qualifications:

  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to gain professional development
  • Self-motivation and a love for people and a skill to communicate well one-on-one
  • Customer service, leadership, or sales experience in a business to business environment a must
  • Successful collaboration in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong will to persevere and achieve through grit, a competitive spirit, and hustle

  • Average first year income range: $55,000 - $70,000 (Base Salary plus quarterly bonus potential) but the sky's the limit

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
