Our busy and growing Dallas-based surgical practice is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a verifiable record of exceeding established expectations. This is an immediate hire!

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be the boots-on-the-ground presence for our practice in the regional medical community. You will thrive on building and then maintaining strong relationships with local doctors, taking great care to expertly describe the services and technology we offer their patients. You will serve as our eyes and ears to solicit and report on referral feedback so we can continue our path of continuous improvement.

You will have a keen eye for detail and nuance in conversations and have the expertise to effectively manage your territory and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree required

- Three five years of experience in sales, communications, outside marketing, social media and event planning

- Ability to quickly learn and process complex technical and medical terminology and procedures

- Outside sales experience required (non-negotiable requirement)

- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to work independently and hold themselves accountable (mostly remote position)

- Professional appearance, demeanor and presentation

- Energetic and happy by nature

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Good driving record

- Own your vehicle and be comfortable driving as part of your day

Position Summary:

The selected candidate will be tasked specifically with: Tracking all outside practice contacts and conversations; managing and tracking in-bound practice referrals; report on weekly activities in a concise and professional manner.

You will also create and and implement unique plans and programs that support growth of the practice via external referrals; maintain consistent communication; perform an established volume of in-person office visits each week; assist in the creation and management of special events, dinners, CE courses, trade shows, and any other projects as assigned.

Your generous compensation package will include a salary + bonus, comprehensive benefit package, and reimbursement of certain expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
