What does a Business Analyst III do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Our Enterprise Research & Analytics team is looking to fill the position of Business Insights Analyst III at our corporate office in Draper, UT. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of ongoing and ad hoc analysis for the total business in support of the overall profitability of the company. You will utilize tools such as Snowflake and PowerBI to help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture and to provide intelligent analysis and reporting that will drive impact across Swire Coca-Cola.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analysis: anticipate business opportunities, build financial models, and develop business intelligence reporting with little or no direction
- Design effective experiments: leveraging your knowledge of data and statistics to determine whether tests, pilots, and proof-of-concept experiments show significant results
- Build strong and trusted relationships with our business partners, collaborators, and executives
- Mentor junior analysts learning to understand, visualize, and measure our business
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years’ work experience in producing business intelligence reporting and analysis
- Driven and results-focused mindset, and a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and implement solutions to un-solved problems
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, DOMO or similar visualization toolsets
- Experience using SQL, Python, or similar tools to manipulate large and complex data sets in order to support reporting, insights, and ad-hoc analytics
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business Travel up to 10%
- Master’s degree in business or STEM related field
- Familiar with applied statistics, particularly significance testing and design-of-experiments
- Experience working with cloud-native data and databases (such Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- ETL or data engineering specific experience
