GENERAL FUNCTION
Assists the Director in leading and managing the overall implementation process on behalf of the NACC for new products and company wide initiatives to include project involvement, call center strategy, training development/execution, validation of system requirements and communicates process changes through the knowledge management tool.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with Operations staff and management to understand the needs and expectations of new initiatives, system upgrades/changes and process changes for the Vision, Retail or Consumer groups.
- Creates training documentation for any new processes, procedures or new clients and performs train the trainer sessions with the Training Team.
- Responsible for transitioning new business and initiatives to Operations team once it becomes run the business.
- Assists in the creation of a communication and training plan of implementation details.
- Participates in meetings and conference calls with client and functional areas, setting accurate client expectations for key deliverables.
- Supports the director with implementation process/strategy for all new projects, assessing system and resource needs.
- Develops and cultivates partnership with Operations Manager, Customer Care Manager and Supervisors, as well as other department heads.
- Consults with project stakeholders (i.e., project managers, management, technical leads, team members) to incorporate technical and schedule requirements into overall design process and make key recommendations for design that meet objectives and company goals
- Stays up to date with current enhancements, and upgrades to the Knowledge tool
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Effective communicator – written and verbal
- Ability to establish and achieve company/departmental goals and objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management experience
- Contact Center/Customer Servie experience
- Retail or eyewear industry experience
