Job Title:
Business Intelligence Analyst (Virtual Opportunity)

Job Summary:
Works collaboratively with a team to produce business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports using data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as R, Python, and Microsoft Power BI.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with a team to produce business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports using data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as R, Python, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
• Author and edit procedure documentation, metadata, and tool documents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis / IT related field (Prefer Master’s Degree)
• A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience synthesizing or summarizing information from multiple data sources.
• Experience using R, Python, and Power BI for analysis and reporting of natural resource (or equivalent) data.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation. Strong oral and written communication skills
