In this job, you’ll provide analysis and support for projects, initiatives, and business processes impacting the Customer Contact Center (CCC). The Sr. Specialist will work with managers and employees in the CCC to address significant or complex business issues, analyze alternatives, and make recommendations that will impact our employees and customers. You will be empowered to make day-to-day decisions regarding your project assignments, as well as produce the desired deliverables within the specified time required. To be successful, you will have excellent written and verbal communication, ability to problem solve and meet client needs, build, and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure success.

  • This role will support the development, tracking, and implementation of initiatives and be a functional expert that provides subject matter expertise needed to fulfill various CCC impacting projects
  • Build plans to gather and deliver information and execute plans that support strategy and operations
  • Support improvement projects and various strategic initiatives by developing business requirements, defining metrics, completing deliverables, identifying business readiness/change and risk impacts, execution of plans, and evaluating outcomes
  • Analyze and interpret data, develop alternative, present findings and recommendations, and consult with stakeholders and decision makers in support of strategy
  • Provide CCC subject matter expertise to cross-functional and operational projects, makes tactical decisions as needed; resolves and escalates issues as appropriate
  • Create communication and change management collateral where appropriate, and coordinate/schedule communications
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions focused on key topics to mitigate regulatory non-compliance citations
  • Plan and execute small scale to medium operational projects, including developing action plans, project charter, document stakeholders, and develop/execute communications and training
Qualifications


The essentials

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in an analytical position conducting analysis of data, organizing information, and/or executing project tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to understand and appropriately respond to stakeholder needs

The preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of Customer Contact Center processes and functions
  • Experience supporting digital capability solutions
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in facilitating and leading process re-engineering efforts and/or requirements workshops
  • Experience working well under time constraints with ability to self-manage priorities and multiple demands while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality work with minimal direction
  • Demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning
