The Role
The initial and primary role of the Business Process Specialist will be to maintain established business processes across FEUS (FUJIFILM Electronic Materials US). Objectives will focus on business process efficiency improvements, system or process upgrades, business process KPI measurement and reporting, and new process implementations in collaboration with the business management teams.
The Business Process Specialist will also participate in, and develop to drive, customer document review in collaboration with sales and business management. This position offers an opportunity for growth into financial analysis and market indices trend reporting in support of the product management teams. The key measures for success will be the ability to drive projects to completion with a high-quality work product within the required timelines. External US:

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Administer and maintain established business processes across FEUS, including price quotation, contract and document review, authorization to return material and customer credit requests, and customer sample requests- Drive business process efficiency improvements and system or process upgrades
- Generate Business process KPIs and reporting
- Participate in new process implementations on Salesforce platform in collaboration with the business management teams
- Drive and assist with the internal review process of customer documents and response generation
- Work with finance and product management teams to gather and organize financial data
- Perform financial analysis to assist business management decision making
- Gather semiconductor materials market and economic trends and report updates out to the business teams
- Assist product management in specific projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
BS in Business Management with concentration in Finance or IT or BS in technical field: chemistry, chemical engineering with an MBA or equivalent business experience.- 0-2 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, applications engineering or similar for a manufacturing company. Semiconductor market experience a plus
- Must have excellent capability to use Power Point, Excel and other software tools to generate first-class presentations.
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical thinking and financial analysis skills, a high degree of organization, and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
