We’re looking for someone like that who can drive sustainable processes and enhance our access management footprint as follows:
- drive new strategic and/or legacy remediation projects from start to finish, developing project plans, coordinating across multiple Business Areas and global Group Functions, and defining and documenting requirements
- protect client information against data loss by defining, maintaining, and monitoring appropriate controls around access to platforms
- understand technology principles and services including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms
- represents Wealth Management Americas with an estate of ~1000 business applications at the Global forums responsible for defining and reviewing the appropriateness of controls, and approving of services.
- manage operational risk and identify potential gaps with requirements for remediation
- create and maintain documentation around access control processes and operations; provide training on relevant topics and processes as needed
Your team
You’ll be working in the Divisional Information Security Office (DISO) within US Wealth Management and leading the team for Access Control. Our role is to protect our clients' personal identifiable information against data loss through maintaining strong controls, providing expert guidance and educating our stakeholders, and to ensure we proactively manage access control risks and comply with regulatory requirements.
Your expertise
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in access management or similar role supporting information security departments. Financial Services experience required
- experience working on application integration with identity governance or provisioning system
- familiarity with legal, regulatory and compliance related challenges and how to address in an agile environment
- lead projects from ideation and design through implementation in a sustainable way
- ability to effectively work with others and elicit high-level output in a team environment; ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders responsible for delivery
- clear and Concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts and projects to a wider audience in simple terms
- ability to create and communicate presentations to senior level management
- a self -starter who is passionate, and motivated to succeed in a highly collaborative environment and can manage priorities in an organized and structured manner
