Required Skills:

• Experience working in a strong project governance environment and maintaining delivery
• Experience of working within a cross functional environment of different teams and within firm deadlines
• Proven ability in owning processes and deadlines
• Experience of business of data management including excel and csv
• Experience of writing and executing UI based test scripts
• Ability to understand technical challenges and translate them to a non-technical audience
• Experience gathering and analysing data from multiple database and UI sources with close attention to detail
• Ability to understand the technical goals\deliverables and their corresponding business value
• Demonstrates ability to resolve problems individually and part of a team
• Experience in working with and managing external vendors
• Requires strong communications skills to deliver simple or complex information and an understanding of when each is appropriate
• An enthusiastic team member with a flexible and adaptable attitude in providing support across a range of activities

Desirable skills:

• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience of working in a ticket driven delivery system
• Excellent communications and documentation skills with ability to present facts clearly and objectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include proven report writing & presentation skills
• Focused attitude to work, with the ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring excellent attention to detail & high levels of accuracy
• Outstanding relationship builder with sound emotional intelligence and ability to work closely with management
• "Can-do" approach and thirst for driving continuous improvement
• Drive and determination to deliver outstanding results
• Experience and knowledge of Agile and SAFE methodology
• Technical qualification and commercial awareness are a strong benefit
• Working knowledge of metrics gathering tools
• Comfortable working with and managing change

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• The general roles and responsibilities for the BSA Team are diverse and the focus will vary depending on the delivery or production support needs
• The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to – primary point of contact for data configuration, testing and delivery to systems of new flight routes and connections, plus the general support through testing of all forms of releases to systems. There may also be a need to assist with incident management and production support governance and documentation upkeep
• We are on a journey towards Scaled Agile Framework, but it is currently bimodal in its approach to delivery. As we evolve, the candidate may have the opportunity to grow their skills in areas such as cloud-based reporting
• The role will maintain a culture of review and continuous improvement in how we deliver services. The successful candidate will collaborate on driving change within the department by examining processes to ensure they are efficient and delivering satisfactorily to the other business units
