Business Support Executive / Motor Industry – Part time

Our client is a highly reputable motor company with very iconic brands. Seeking a Business Support Executive to join their team. Part time / 30 hours per week. Hybrid model and great benefits.

The role:

Brand Support

• Diary management for Brand Director: Organise and schedule meetings & ensure diary is up to date.
• Management Meeting: responsibility for agenda, minutes, attendee lists and the coordination of materials/presentations.
• Management of responses to leave requests from management team members.
• Point of contact for dealer network & external partners.
• Responsibility for all correspondence: rsvp’s to events, ensuring letters of complaint are filtered to the relevant departments and responded to accordingly.
• Meeting room booking; Director’s expenses: complete monthly.
• Ad hoc requests from the Brand Director.

Marketing

• Audit dealer marketing spend quarterly.
• Assist with the coordination and planning of events (venues, guest list)

Network Development

• Support for brand strategy development.
• Support for business transformation projects.
• Assistance with dealer showroom digitalization upgrades.
• Ad hoc Network Development requests / projects.
