A close affiliate of Doosan Bobcat, Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC (DDIA) is the primary provider of managed IT services to the world-famous Bobcat Company. Beyond Bobcat, DDIA provides IT services to a wide variety of Doosan affiliates all over the world.

Job Information
This position will be the subject matter expert (SME) with ERP software in order to help educate the business users on best practices and quickly identify any systematic issues. Will also need to be able to provide direction to the technical support resources who actually implement the code changes/customizations to the software. Ensure that the system(s) meet the business needs of Doosan.
Business Systems Analysts at various levels have the basic responsibilities enumerated below. Level differentiation consists of degree of demonstrated contribution to improve business performance, technical abilities, interpersonal skills, experience, and level of expected performance.
Role & Responsibility
- Work with process owners in the business to leverage the global ERP system as a tool to design and re-engineer existing processes.
- Must have good understanding of back office processes commonly used in business today.
- Effectively communicate the systems processes and procedures to the global organization.
- Identify and involve the necessary Subject Matter Experts to effectively develop and implement business processes in the ERP system.
- Develop training plans and materials necessary to train end users, as well as conduct the training.
- Develop and deliver project presentations to other Doosan business system implementation teams.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills in order to address system and process issues that arise in the financial business areas.
- Ability to work under pressure to resolve time sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated patience in a customer service/support role.
- Ability to communicate best practices across all the sites and drive continuous improvement in the financial business processes.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environment.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other Computer Science Degree
- Prior back office experience in the function of the system that you are supporting.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- 2>5 years experience
- Travel 10-24%
