Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Systems Analyst III to join our team! In this role you will get to The C3BM engineering efforts include interface with the Warfighter to verify processes and products are consistent with Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities and to verify that the MDS C2BMC development activities are meeting Warfighter expectations. This daily analysis / execution support is as a member of the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) supporting key products developed to communicate the current technical status of the MDA/BC fielded assets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Key products associated with this effort include C2BMC Situational Awareness Daily Quick Look report; C2BMC Situational Awareness Weekly Operational Status report; C2BMC Weekly Activity report, C2BMC Situational Awareness Spot Report, C2BMC Scenario Playbooks and BCT System Test Metrics updates. Duties associated with this effort include:

  • Monitoring all globally deployed C2BMC operations and provide feedback of C2BMC system performance during Real World Events, ground/flight tests and special interest events to senior leadership; prepare daily and weekly executive-level situational awareness reports and status reports during days of active testing.

  • Prepare and coordinate C2BMC scenario playbooks that displays C2BMC representative and realistic scenarios and situational awareness screen shots used by C2BMC operators in pre-test training.

  • The position is for Shift Work at varying times and will support the team requirements to perform Data Collections and Screen Captures using Event Checklists and our in-house Data Mining database for all events reported to the C2BMC system.

  • The Data Mining database system consists of an extensive JAVA-based program that loads launch event data into an SQL database from raw C2BMC transaction data, plus a comprehensive web-based system providing user interface to the SQL Missile Event Database.

  • Prepare C2BMC quick look reports that summarizes test results from a situational awareness perspective, using screen shots with accompanying analysis; coordinate reports with internal and external organizations for a comprehensive view; prepare draft orientation handouts and training materials used prior to and during testing operations IAW Warfighter CONOPs guidelines.

  • The position is to provide in-depth analysis of system performance in terms of comparison of performance versus specifications, capabilities, messaging, and user interface requirements and provide C2BMC subject matter expertise.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 + years of related experience.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in military operations and analysis.
  • Familiarity with MDA/Government engineering processes/databases a plus.
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Missile Defense Systems, and/or C2BMC Program Office work efforts.
  • MDA or military intelligence/operations experience are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently within a highly secure and windowless environment, working rotating shifts and apply operational based solutions to support real-world missile events and tests, integration, and operations.
  • Maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel, and works within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
