Troy Millwork is looking to hire a full-time shop worker who would like to be steadily employed for the next 15 to 20 years. For 40 years we have been manufacturing cabinetry and countertops for the Metro

Detroit area, and we are looking for a hardworking and responsible individual to join our team.

Job Functions and Requirements

• Willing to learn how to build products by our systems and standards
• Operate a variety of woodworking machinery to fabricate cabinetry and countertops
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Eager to learn on the job and expand skillset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
• Clean the shop with the rest of the team.
• Take pride in your performance, product, and environment.

Work Hours

• 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday and 5:30am to 9:30 am Friday. One 15-minute paid break provided at 9:30am. Lunch time is 12:00 – 12:30

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
