We are a prestige Desert Plant Nursery in Desert Hot Springs looking for a Sales Associate to be responsible for sales job duties. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers, answering their questions about our products and recommending the right plant material, putting together customer delivery orders. Candidate will be responsible for using POS register system (Square). When there are no customers, candidate will be responsible for assisting the nursery, duties include but are not limited to loading plants, planting, watering and caring for the plant material.

Requirements

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• English Speaking
• Knowledge on how to handle and install plant material
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to withstand seasonal outdoor weather conditions of the Coachella Valley

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Desert Hot Springs, CA 92241: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
