ACRE Windows, is looking for outgoing, hard-working, detail oriented individuals to work part-time in our growing call center. Shifts offered are: 9:00am-2:00pm & 2:00pm-7:00pm. Candidates MUST be available to work from our call center in Horsham, PA. No call center experience is necessary. We just need someone with a great attitude and we can teach you the rest!

ACRE Windows & Doors is an Andersen Certified Contractor. We have been trained and certified by Andersen to install their windows and doors to their specifications. Andersen is the *most trusted* manufacturer of windows and doors in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to schedule appointments for new and existing customers each day.
• Connect to potential customers in a personable manner, and engage them to determine whether they fit our appointment qualifications.
• Take incoming phone calls from potential customers requesting a free estimate.
• Messaging customers via online chat
• Work daily with supervisor to meet and exceed appointment quota.
• Document all customer interaction in company CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Be coachable, teachable, and willing to follow guidelines.
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline, without giving in to distractions throughout the shift.
• Must be able to handle rejection.
• Basic proficiency with technology.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation
