The primary function of our Front Desk Representative is to handle inbound calls from clients and be able to quickly and efficiently turn them around for our Lodging Coordinators. The Front Desk Representative will document all client service requests as well as provide quality and efficient customer service to our clients.

Previous Experience as a Front Desk Agent at a Hotel or as a Travel Booking Coordinator is a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Hotel: 2 years (Required)
