Timeshare Legal is currently in search of an Experienced Sales Manager who will assist in leading and managing a diverse and thriving sales team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of contact center experience with a minimum of two years in a leadership/management role
- Experience developing others through active coaching, providing actionable feedback, and demonstrating hands-on leadership
- Has a strong track record of successfully closing within a sales position.
- Experience managing both remote and on-site reports
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- 3+ years of related call transfer experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Proficient with Dialers, Phone Software Systems, and CRMs.
- Strong understanding of the contact center environment and the key levers to enhance performance and achieve client and financial targets
- Ability to create, and analyze statistical information in an easy to understand format
- Strong understanding of the contact center environment (preferred) and of the key levers to enhance performance and achieve financial targets
- Understands basic steps to sales funnel process
- Experience with booking appointments.
- Experience with tracking company KPI’s
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize objectives with little-to-no assistance, find issues and create and execute on solutions that address those issues
- An ability to create clear accountabilities and hold yourself and your team to those accountabilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of 6-10 direct reports; coach, train, monitor, develop, and motivate
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of your team and ensure that the team's goals and responsibilities are met.
- Responsible for the preparation of progressive discipline and performance management.
- Providing support to team in order to produce a consistent result
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence
- Hold regular team meetings and training sessions
- Coaching Notes
- Monitoring reps to make sure they follow funnel process and steps to sale
- Praise and share feedback with direct reports regarding their performance; suggest improvements, changes, or updates when applicable
- Work constructively with other functional areas throughout the organization
- Other duties as assigned
SALARY & BENEFITS
A 80k per year opportunity managing a Remote Sales Team. The compensation package for this position includes a base salary commensurate with experience, commission structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, life insurance, sick time, and personal time off.
