On-Call Nurse (overnight shift) hybrid position (on-site and remote). Vista Springs Nurse Call ServicesAnswer incoming staff member calls to review a client’s symptoms, provide an assessment of their health issue on information provided about an emergent or emergency situation, as well as review EMR charts/information for the individual having concerns. Recommend to the on-site team a course of action from referring to ER to other options that might be protocol or appropriate. Each call must be documented. Need a licensed nurse LPN or RN, with excellent listening and verbal communication skills. Have an ability to keep calm and keep staff calm and build their confidence in handling potentially stressful situations by utilizing critical-thinking skills to assess each call promptly. Training for position will be completed remotely and on-site.
