Job description
Our full-time, non-exempt (hourly), Operator/Scheduler will provide customer service to callers to Adult & Child Health, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders in the community and clients. Staff answer primary phone lines on behalf of the agency and schedule appointments in multiple electronic medical records and provide a range of administrative services in support of Adult & Child Health’s programs.
You will work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm but have the opportunity for flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service through all internal and external phone calls
- Appointment scheduling and continuous monitoring of appointment changes
- Communication with both staff, clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining and monitoring JIT and PE (scheduling) processes and protocols
- Provides accurate and organized record keeping in multiple EMR/records and filing systems
- Provides support to clinical and medical ensuring accuracy
- Administrative support duties as needed

- Completed high school diploma
- At least one year of directly related work experience
- Professional, helpful, positive attitude, multi-tasker, organized, reliable, ability to handle high stress situations/environments; enjoys working with people, dependable
- Proficient in Excel, Office 365/Outlook, Word
- Knowledgeable of HIPPA/confidentiality
- Writing skills, Phone etiquette, Communication
