The Business Development Agent (BDC)/Internet Sales position includes communication directly with customers via email, text, and phone, customer management following sales process via a CRM, interaction with multiple internal teams to facilitate the efficient execution of the sales process from prospecting to delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who can multitask, is highly flexible with the ability to respond to multiple demands and deadlines. Must have knowledge of general sales practices and procedures, a willingness to communicate with customers via video, text and email, a strong sense of organization, excellent verbal skills with a strong attention to detail. We are looking for individuals with the ability to function within a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a high focus on customer service and practice efficient time management. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Work to maintain relevant and current information into sales tools (CRM) for proper follow up.
• Ability to communicate effectively and timely with internet/phone inquiries
• Maintain positive, supportive relationships with internal teams.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in vehicle product knowledge and the technology of all the vehicles for the sales and delivery process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
