Call Center Representative

We are looking for Party and Events Specialists who are self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist guests over the phone using competent and positive verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be able to perform in a friendly, calm and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills. Strong internet navigation skills recommended.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service preferred
· Ability to provide excellent customer service
· Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
· Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
· Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
· Must have professional verbal and written skills
Responsibilities:
· answer phones to book birthday parties, group events and respond to customer inquiries
· follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
· provide accurate directions
· provide pricing information and product knowledge on all products offered
· create new customer reservations
· other duties as assigned
· handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
· update existing customer information
· route calls to appropriate resource
· follow up customer calls where necessary
· document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Education and Experience
· proficient in relevant computer applications
· required language proficiency
· knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· knowledge of call center telephony and technology
· some experience in a call center or customer service environment
· good data entry and typing skills
· knowledge of administration and clerical processes
