Seeking Camp SPARK Summer Learning Program Staff (certified and non-certified)
The
Brandywine Heights Area School District is currently seeking staff members for
Camp SPARK to provide face-to-face instruction and targeted learning opportunities for three weeks, from July 10 - July 27 (Monday - Thursday). This summer programming will allow for remediation activities, as well as enrichment opportunities. The main curricular focus will be on English Language Arts and Mathematics. Beyond the academics, opportunities to participate in Health and Wellness activities will be provided during whole group and thematic activity sessions.

All staff members will receive 1 hour of paid planning time as well as 4 days prior to the start of camp to prepare.
Schedule = July 10 - July 27 (Monday - Thursday)
Daily Hours = 4 hours
Days Worked = 12 days of instruction + 4 days to prepare = 16 days
Compensation = $25/hr. X 4 hrs./day X 16 days = $1,600.00 / teacher
Both certified and non-certified educators are encouraged to apply.
