We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month Maternity Leave contract for a Marketing Campaign Executive.

The Marketing Campaign Executive will report directly into Marketing & Communications Manager with a functional reporting line to the Sales Operations Manager, the role will also involve working alongside third party agencies to ensure best in class campaigns from pre-launch awareness throughout the sales lifecycle for all Cairn Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team and agency partners in the delivery of marketing materials from ATL to BTL to site specific collateral from brand sign off.
• Responsible for sales presentation on all external platforms such as property portals and websites including those maintained by external partners.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of information on the Cairn website, including that of guides, links and registrations.
• Work with wider the Customer Team to ensure the Cairn Customer framework is managed and target KPIs are achieved. Ensure the optimal Customer Experience journey for all Cairn customers.
• Responsible for lead generation on CRM and accurate reporting of same.
• Track enquiries offering analysis on trends and the impact of Marketing / campaign activity on lead generation. Conduct and share ongoing competitor and industry activity, offering analysis and possible impact to Cairn’s activity.
• Support in the planning and roll out of an annual Marketing plan.
• Support in ongoing internal communication requirements.
• Responsible for content creation and day to day coordination and monitoring of both ex-ternal social channels and internal platforms.
• Support Marketing & Communications Manager in preparing briefs for third parties.
• Work with Sales Operations Manager to ensure Marketing campaigns and all sales & marketing collateral is produced in a timely manner, in line with the Sales plan.
• Liaise with agencies partners on work planning and booking campaign activity.
• Manage a calendar of campaign activity and deadline dates.
• Organise necessary photography/video/vr.
• Monitor, maintain and update all live campaign activity.
• Ensure brand compliance across all projects.
• Liaise with sponsorship partners to maximise Cairn’s investment.
• Manage filing of marketing collateral and version control of assets.
