Lake Milton/Berlin KOA is looking for experienced, passionate individuals who truly value customer satisfaction. If you have an outgoing and engaging personality, we want YOU! Applicant MUST possess a strong background in hospitality with customer service, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You will often be the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for creating an excellent first impression. Applicant would be responsible for all aspects of camp registration and camp store operations. Work is performed indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions. MUST be available to work weekends and holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license.
-Extensive customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
-Basic computer and software skills.
-Maintain a positive attitude.
-Ability to remain calm and friendly.
-Must be able to demonstrate responsibility and dependability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
-Providing superior customer service to new and returning guests - both in person and over the phone.
-Handling reservations via phone and computer reservation system.
-Following appropriate procedures and policies to check guests in and out of the campground and collecting appropriate fees.
-Attention to detail when taking reservations and/or registering guests is a must.
-Assists with campground retail operations i.e. general store, wood, ice, etc.
-Assists in preparation for special events.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
