Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Campus Nurse Recruiter to help our local hospitals find the right nurses for the right roles. Due to the nature of their job, this recruiter must have excellent sales and communication skills. They will partner with various organizations, facilities, and schools to fill a variety of nursing roles.

They will build relationship with local schools, organizations, and other facilities to attend job fairs, organize informational session with current students, and coordinate events with other staff members or recruiters to ensure we are reaching out to qualified candidates in our area. You will work with local hiring managers to ensure you are meeting their hiring needs and work with local Human Resources to ensure we our focused on the staffing needs of the hospital. This individual will need to be familiar with the healthcare field and be self-driven to meet and establish relationships within our community, so that we can grow to a lasting partnership.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare related, or business preferred.
2. Two years of talent acquisition experience which includes experience sourcing, screening and interviewing nursing candidates required.
3. Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
4. Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
5. Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
7. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
